Quote required for pretty much everything except the glass and painting:
- 2 windows approx 700x600mm, fixed/ not opening
- house is single storey, late Edwardian/ Californian bungalow, double brick and rendered on outside with rough style render
- cutting holes, installing lintels to support interior and exterior walls, making and fitting all joinery (ie frame to hold glass, surrounds, window ledge etc) to match existing windows (Photos can be supplied on request), after install fixing/ finishing render on exterior and plaster for interior (rounded edge on vertical interior walls), removal of all debris
- lead light glass will be supplied
- flexible on start date
- please itemised quote for joinery or quote excluding joinery creation as I have a supplier who can supply joinery if needed
- have selected quote of $2500+ for quote including joinery
