Two small rooms to be converted into a covered deck; asbestos wall needs to be removed. New doorway to be built (door is supplied). Old doorway to be converted to window (window supplied). Additional new front door to be mounted (door frame exists, door will be supplied). Floorboards to be redirected by 90 degrees in one of the existing small rooms. Painting of new deck required, and plastering of new window/old doorway once installed also required.
Although start date of 2 weeks is stated, we are very flexible on this and happy to wait for the right person/people.
