I have a single brick double garage with flat colorbond roof. need to waterproof guttering section at the back and then to frame up ceiling and walls and gyprock all. insulation required for ceiling and cornices required all round. no painting required. the garage has doorway opening one wide window and a side door entrance and the ceiling has one large beam to go around.
