I have a single skin brick garage (size is larger than a 2 car garage) that i want to convert into 2 rooms/offices. The windows and door need replacing and the roller door needs to be removed and replaced with a low cost wall. Needs to be plastered internally but no structural work required. I want a clean professional finish but nothing extravagant as budget is tight. I don't have a fixed budget.
