the windows, Repair holes in floor & add missing skirtings. Re-position built in cupboard & renew cornice.
Convert 1200mm doorway to standard door, add door jamb & door. Add door jamb & door to additional doorway.
Reposition 4 powerpoints from bench height to floor height. Close off exisiting doorway, gyprock & plaster. Leave all modifications ready for painting.
Build bulk head around range hood in new kitchen, including all plastering and leave ready for painting.
