We'd like to convert our garage into an extra bedroom with ensuite. Electricity is available. It shares a wall with the current kitchen (not sure about plumbing). We'd like a door from the current dining room (shared wall with garage). The back of the garage has a door onto the courtyard - we'd like to knock this out to have french doors leading onto the courtyard. We'd also like to replace the current garage entry door with french doors to allow more natural light in.
