We have had an engineer but together a report of what we need. I live in a block of fats which were built in the 70's. We have about 287 bricks that need removal and relaying or replacing. We also have mortar that needs to be repaired.We also need control/articulation joints laid to hopefully stop further cracking of the building. Some of the balconies have cracks that need to be repaired. The balconies need to be jackhammered and "v'd".
