We are looking for a registered builder to construct a double story dwelling on our block in Newtown, Geelong.
The house will be apx 26 squares, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage. It is split over 2 levels on a steep block. It also contains an upper level deck.
We have completed plans, engineering and have all of the site surveys etc so are ready to start as soon as we can sign a building contract and get the building permit.
Our budget for the project is between $350-400k.
