  Hello,
I'm seeking quotes to build the following custom designed kit home on my block:

- 298m2 house gross area
- Single storey
- Concrete slab for H type soil, with piering to recommended 1.2m
- Colorbond roof, 24 degree pitch
- Steel frame
- 2.7m ceilings
- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, study

The kit is nearly a fully complete home. Major components it contains:
- Floor plans, elevations, cross sections, frame specs, BASIX certificate
- Roof
- Frame
- Insulation - walls, roof
- Plasterboard - walls, ceilings
- Windows
- Doors
- Kitchen, with appliances
- Floor tiling to wet areas, waterproofing
- Robes and cupboards
- Garage door
- Electrical - Meter box, power points, light fittings, fans, smoke detectors
- Plumbing - Taps, bathtub, laundry tub, toilets, gas continuous hot water system

What it doesn't contain:
- DA approval
- Concrete slab
- Termite barrier system
- Bricks (but does have lintels, ties etc)
- Electrical cabling and connections
- Plumbing pipes and connections
- BASIX items - water tank, pump
- Paint
- Floor coverings

Extras we'd like to add in:
- Driveway and separate path to house
- Small brick fence at front of property
- Skylights
- Gas Fireplace

I'm able to do the following:
- DA approval
- Sourcing of kit
- Sourcing of appliances, BASIX items
- Selection of various items - bricks, termite barrier systems
- Painting
- Data/Coax cabling
- Air conditioning post/during build
- Floor coverings, or sourcing of floor coverings if that would suit you.
- Demolition of existing house on site

We are knock down and rebuilding. We have a 840m2 block, with 15m frontage, almost flat. A house currently stands on the block, I'm getting quotes to demolish it now.

The house design is finalised. We are ready to get going just as soon as we can get DA approval and the kit delivered.

I have a contour survey and soil report for my block. 149 certificate. AutoCAD drawn house plans.
