Hello,
We have recently received town planning approval to construct a 3bed 3bath double storey townhouse at the rear of existing dwelling (approximate size: 17 squares)
Looking for a builder who might be interested to quote and tackle the building/construction.
1. To build the 17sq townhouse as well as new carports for the existing front dwelling.
2. Council has also requested that the existing dwelling structure to be partially altered/removed (small WC at the rear corner of the house) to allow for better car turning point
