Two new double storey townhouses are to be errected @ 55 Mullum Mullum Rd Ringwood.
Please refer to attachment for the endorsed plans, drainage plan, landscape plan.
(Note: working drawing, energy report or engineering report have not been prepared yet. Residence 1 & 2 are existing and will remain on site, but will be renovated to match new building. You will very likely be rewarded for the reno job as well during the construction.)

First Floor: 45.6 qm
Garage: 25.1
Proposed Residence 4:
Ground Floor: 90.6 sqm
First Floor: 43.9 qm
Garage: 23.8
Median/standard finish is required.
I have also attached a photo of newly built 5 Collette Avenue just around the corner. I would hope the finish would be similar to that project.
please provide your quote for construction of 2 new townhouses, including driveway, carport, garage, landscape etc.
Please kindly note: only those who are capable to complete construction for both townhouses in less than 5 months will be considered, as time is important. Both time and cost proposed will be taken into consideration.
Site inspection is welcome.
Addresses of completed and half completed projects will be required as well for reference purpose.
