Construct 3.6m x 6m second floor deck + first floor deck.
This is a replacement of existing counterlever timber deck from secondfloor. Approved for steel construction to replace existing timber contruction with construction of first floor deck as mirror image of second floor deck with materials already purchased and some assembly already done by owner builder.
Secondfloor deck to be finished with tile flooring and hardwood timber railing with glass infills. First floor deck( also 3.6 x 6m) to be 1/2 enclosed room ( ie: 3.6 x 3.9m) clad timber frame with alloy frame windows + sliding entry door ready for carpeting. Remainder of deck in 90mm hardwood decking with hardwood railing.
