We would like a builder to construct a split level floor in the living room. The level will be several feet high and will require balustrade and hardwood timber flooring. We would also like to repaint the entire apartment with several feature walls. The timber flooring will need to be sanded and stained. Some electrical work will need to be done to move power points etc. We would prefer a builder who can do all the jobs using their own contractors.
