I’m trying to find a builder to quote on a list of incomplete / defective works from my recently completed build, our builder went bankrupt and we will be completing works through VMIA Building insurance, we have approval to obtain a quote from a builder to finish things like render, paint etc.
They are all small things and not structural - and would be a few days work.
