Combine 2 rooms to create a single room within the house

Two internal rooms at the back of the house. I want to break the wall in between and create a single room. Details as follows:

1. Demolish wall (which has a wardrobe on one side). The wall is just gyprock.
2. There is no beam in the roof. An additional joist may be needed in the roof.
3. There is an existing bulkhead in the ceiling from before which needs to be removed to make the ceiling smooth.
4. Remove one window and close the wall with brick and gyprock.
5. Move the window to an adjacent wall. This may require cutting the adjacent wall to the size of windows and putting support above window.
6. Install French doors at the current entry to the rooms
7. Timber Flooring where the common wall is removed
8. Painting the new room - walls, ceiling, etc.
9. Electrician - Install new circuit with 8 LED dimmable down lights and 2 ceiling fans. Also replace all other halogen down lights in the house with LED (17 such lights).
10. Making good any cornice, wood, etc, where ever wall is removed and other places in the rooms where work is done.
