Existing Front of house is two storey and addition is single storey but with higher roof than existing downstairs area.
Roof line will be new and seperate. flat site and easy access through ROW behind property.
Existing extension is crumbled and will need to be removed.
Downstairs existing room will be opened up to new building so support beam will need to be installed to hold up existing second storey.
Would like per sq metre prices please and an idea of inclusions and exclusions in pricing.
Architect designs are being drawn at the moment.
