Check cracking in the wall to determine if there is a structural problem causing it. Cracking starts in the top corner of the wall and zigzags along the brick line (horizontal then vertical then horizontal etc) down wall to centre of room (pics available). Crack width is about 1 - 2mm wide.
Would also like to know options for repair whether structural or superficial.
