We have absolutely no idea of what it would cost to convert, but we have a carport under the roofline we would like to turn into another bedroom/office. to keep costs down we wouldn't include an ensuite so no plumbing work. we would need internal access so would cut a door from the lounge into this room.i can draw up plans as we would like it, and can hang gyprock, etc, but need a builder to quote us and start the reno's. the carport is supported by 3 brick pillars, it is lined, and has lighting, but a split system air con unit would need to be moved. the carport has a cement slab, and is 3.4m wide and 7.1m long.
