Just bought a house in Ringwood Vic. A small unapproved annex attached to the rear should be removed and maybe replaced with a covered area depending on cost! One of the wall panels may be asbestos sheet? Back door will need to be replaced and at least one pet door installed. The carport needs bolstering/strengthening or replacing, Again AC sheet on roof may be a problem if replacing
