Doule carport with brich piers is currently not sound and requires to be rebuilt as the current carport is leaning over due to retaining wall putting undue pressure against pillers. Retaining wall also must be built. Have a report from engineer which highlights problem and makes suggestion of work to be done. This is not covered by insurance.
