Noted one beam end got rot In carport, seems due to polling water on roof. beam size 300x100. A small hole 3cm size outward on top of steel post. Wonder if your expertise to assess. Soft wood have been removed, and roof 80x80cm has been temporally replaced by polycarbonate and wood near dry.
We are also looking an renovation about our rumpus and like to discuss options.
