BULDING AN ADDITIONAL ROOM AND ALSO SOME ALFRESCO WORK
KON requested 3 quotes from Builders in Sanctuary Lakes
We have an existing two story home steel framed home (JG King Homes), in Sanctuary Lakes 3030 and we are seeking to complete the following:
(1)An additional one bedroom to be built on the first level along with an extended bal-cony.
(2)A fully covered Alfresco area adjacent to the lounge, with decking & inbuilt gas fire-place etc and
(3)Some decking & a BBQ area built at the back of the house, behind the kitchen.
We are seeking a detailed quotes for all 3 jobs, either together and / or separately.
Reply by return email and we can link you to our drop box which has all the plans / permits etc.
Note: We have attempted to get quotes on a number of times, and we have sent out requests to builders, they have for the most part not bothered to come back to us after the collected the plans or failed to give us a detailed breakdown as per the above request and simply supplied the one figure.
Some common courtesy & ability to follow instructions is the first prerequisite for anyone we hire.
