I am having a house relocated to Coronet Bay and require a quote for building works on the house once it is relocated. Requirements include:
- insulation
- cladding
- new eave linings
- construction of 6m x 3m deck
- new front and rear landings
- install front and rear doors
- install stacked stone to small area at front of house
- etc.
A detailed list of works and plan can be provided for interested parties.
Work needs to begin early October 2010.
