I have a basement which is currently at 2.1 meters, I need to have the concrete cut out by 400m & lowered, so that i have a fully functioning "liviable" room of 2.4mtrs. A door way cut into a brick wall & existing door way bricked up. In addition to this, I have 2 large windows of aprox 3mtrs by 2.4, one i would like removed & replaced with half a window & the remaining bricked up. The other window aprox same size on other side, I want removed & replaced with a sliding door. In addition to this work, I also need a channel cut & a waste pipe connected & a staircase installed from my decking which is about 13 rungs high. All work to be done with insurance & council permits.
