Require a Building Surveyor for two properties. They are Bothe neighbouring properties affected by fire in October last year. One requires significant rectification works with a Permit to be issued. Please note existing permit is to be cancelled and I have a Letter of Termination form this Surveyor, who was appointed only because the builders forged my signature. Require the second property to be inspected thoroughly as a Final Inspection following works.
