I am looking for a building consultant to produce cost/profit/feasability report on an inner melbourne city building project. specifics:

- - putting two town houses on a single piece of land
- - the land has an existing old house that needs to be removed
- - costs of the project (building, council costs)
- - feasibility: what can be done on this land, can i build two stories? what are the limitations? so far the council has said it shouldn't be a problem. i am looking for someone with experience to know the pitfalls
- - projected value after the project is completed
