1. Remove existing double carport and concrete floor and build brick tripple garage with tin roof. Garage includes bathroom.
2. Build large carport from house to boundry with tin roof. Truss to be of timber or steel but must be steel on boundry.
I have plans ready to be submitted to Banyule Council for approval, hence I allow 1 month for that process.
