We are building a unit out the back of our existing home, all planning permits have been passed, building permits are in the process now. It will be a 3 bedroom unit main with emsuite and wir. Another bathroom and open meals and lounge. It will also involve the building of 2 garages, one for the front house and one forthe back, both side by side. We will need someone who is completely reliable as we are moving to Queensland and the builder will have to oversee all works and liase to us by phone.
