We have recently moved into our home and have noticed some issues that were not revealed prior to purchase. We are requiring a building inspection on a leak we have noticed above the front door (just left of) with the rain now happening. The houses has a rumpus room attached at the front, which was formally a shop back in the day, and believe that the joining of this to the house may have attributed to this now leak. We are also now wanting another opinion regard to a building inspection now too.
