1. Building extension to the back of single storey weatherboard house (17m²),
2. A new roof over (59m²);
3. Internal refurbishment (new walls, ceiling and services - 60m²);
I have plans and elevations - will apply for planning permit separately,
Also prefer soil test, engineering, working drawings and building permit application and other associated documentation works to be included as part of the contract;
These works are to be finished up to "Lock up" stage only.
