Building and pest inspection on property I am purchasing in Gordon VIC

Hi,
I am after a qualified building and pest inspector to inspect a property that I am about to purchase (with a clause on the contract that is 'subject to a satisfactory building and pest inspection').
The property is a 2 bedroom weatherboard (built approx in the early 80's) on concrete stumps in Gordon VIC (in between Ballan and Ballarat).
The inspection and report would need to be completed before 20th October.
