Building a pole home for investment

We are looking for a builder who can build a simple 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. Due to the nature of the block (about 3m slope over 25 m length) we believe a pole home would be most cost effective. There are covenants in place which demand a decent size house with a 6m setback. The total building budget (i.e. ready to move in) is $180k absoulte max (including fence, driveway, hot water, kitchen a.s.o.). We could use a kit home but leave this up to teh professional to decide.
