I have Town Planning Approval & am in the process of obtaining working drawings. These will be available in November. I appreciate i can wait til then, but would like to start talking to builders now, so when i do have all the paper work, i can go straight to the builders that i feel comfortable with & that have given me some idea of price, as most of the specs will be from the builders special range, as these properties will be kept for investment purposes.
