1, The study opening (where you enter the study) needs to be closed off
2, The study and the bedroom has a common wall separating them and we need to open a walkway from the bedroom to the study making it one big bedroom separated by a wall with a walkway.
3, we need to lay new carpet to the new big bedroom (previous bedroom + study)
4, need to do the toilet with new shower base and screens, new commode & new bench and cupboards making it more spacious inside
5, we need a new wall put on in our formal area separating it so that the smaller part of it will be the new study.
We can do all the painting and My self and my brother in law can help out in anyway to keep the labour costs down and get material of needed through contacts.
