Builder to Remove Masonry column (including removal of waste)

We have a single masonry column (Concrete block) in our 1962 Apartment in South Melbourne, that we would like to have removed. The column is 'L' shaped, and the outside dimensions are 610mm x 505mm, and 2516mm Tall. We have all relevant documentation (Engineer, Building Surveyor, Council) stating the column is not load bearing, that we do not require a building permit or a planning permit. I just need some help removing it - there is also the consideration of possible re-enforcing (although at this stage we believe there is none), but would like appropriate tools available to grind/cut if needed. I would also need help disposing of the waste. Job needs to be done next Tuesday the 30th/08 or Wednesday the 31st/08 - no later than Thursday the 1st/09 - Thank you
