i am planning to do an opening at the back of my house, i have the plannning and building permit, but my previous builder cant do the job anymore since the permit took too long.
the jobs need to be done:
1. place a footing (stump)under the doors
2. building the french doors frame
3.install a 2.5 batt instulattion and wall bracing on the other side of the wall for suppport ( you have to open and reinstall the w/boards)
