I would like to get some quotes to remove the current kitchen (including if possible the chimney breast which is in the kitchen and smash out the wall to make the opening wider) and to then put in an Ikea kitchen. As ultimately this property will be an investment I am not looking for a "dream" kitchen - rather a practical kitchen which looks good, maximises space and is functional with a working stove, dishwasher and normal size benchtop space to prepare food etc...
