Build two offices and a shower
Michael requested 3 quotes from Builders in Sydney
I have DA approval to construct 2 offices and a shower (flat-packed shower already purchased). I am looking for a single quote for this entire job.
Details below requires building, plumbing and electrical work:
Build works
- Construct plasterboard walls- 2 office fronts, 1 dividing wall.
- Rehang doors provided by me , cut and fit on new jambs.
- Construct new doors for Hot water system (HWS) cupboard
- Walls to be set at top and be short of ceiling 300mm as requested
- New wall to shower room
- New sliding door to existing wall
- New step in shower ( i have already purchase flat pack shower)
- New melamine boxing for drainage pipes
Electrical
- Relocate double GPO for office to office
- New circuit for HWS.
- Supply new light for shower room
Hydraulics
- Supply and install one 250 litre Rheem hot water system with tray
- Supply and install how water to new shower.
- Re direct cold water pipe to HWS and new shower
- Connect drainage from HWS and new shower to existing drainage points under existing sinks .
