We have recently bought a block of land - with a slope - in doreen with great views. we want to build a split level or double storey house which ever suits the block and makes the most of the views. we have only just started looking for builder to do to either lock up stage or to hand over. we know what but havent had any drawings done as yet. hope someone out there can help. our block is 1020m2, 25 mt wide and 40mt long.
