We have an existing crude extension that we would like converted into a new bathroom/laundry & a study. currently it contains a separate laundry & toilet only & an unused room connecting it to the main part of the house. that room needs a storage cupboard removed & floor needs to be raised to the level of the rest of the house. also need new door & glass sliding doors out to verandah. brick walls need rendering.
