I have a rough sketch of the house i want, however would like a contractor to help me with the planning (eg. drawings and building permit) and build phase. The property size is 10m (w) x 50m (L). The house i plan to rebuild is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 garage, a total of 25sqm.
