45sqm timber deck with roof above a 30sqm concrete patio (with suspended slab over permanent formwork) o two course blockwork perimeter. Centre third of roof composed of timber scissor trusses on ring beam, and other outer remaining equal roof parts are simple spanning aluminium composite panels (i.e. solar span or similar). Drawings coordinated with certified engineer for connections and sizings of deck and roof framing including concrete patio and footings. 6 steel posts are incorporated into the design as are 3/3000x2100 sliding door suites and one 3000mmx1500 sliding window suite.
