I am planning to put build a back yard hardwood deck ajoining the living room with a seperate roof and byfold doors, steps and railings. Also to extend an existing front deck adding new steps railing ect. The house will also have some interior work with a new laundry and room under the house and a new kitchen area on upper floor including the removal of 2 walls to create more space. I also plan to build an extention onto a carport area with a rumpus room and a new bedroom.
