Build "European laundry" cabinet outdoors, under back verandah and against back wall of house.
The cabinet would be approximately 2000 wide x 2000 high x 800 deep. Although under existing verandah, it would need to be largely weatherproof.
In the cabinet it would be necessary to:
Install plumbing for washing machine, hot water service.
Install standard laundry trough and cabinet.
Install batten to hang dryer.
Move hot water service from current location in shed.
Install basic power point and light fitting.
The existing shed (3000 x 2000) would need to be demolished and removed. There is good, vehicle-sized access from rear lane.
The current plumbing (including gas and hot and cold water) passes under intended location of cabinet.
