Dear sir / madam,
can you please provide a quotation on the following based on delivery and supply of materials & labour to erect a double garage approx 6000mmd x 6500mmw in front of our house (positioned on the left hand side of our house).
i’m planning to apply as an owner builder and will organize the building permits and necessary drawings myself.
scope of works as i can see is as following:
- remove trees & scrubs from front garden to create space for the double car garage (as per enclosed plans, floor pan scale 1:300 and elevations plan scale 1:100)
- cut down existing roof to be able to fit proposed double car garage in.
- excavate and concrete garage and driveway
- built garage with materials to match existing
- remove front window and fill in with bricks & plaster and paint to match existing
- built in new window as drawn in west elevation
- new guttering will have to be connected into the existing
- electrical & supply & install 2 double gpo’s and 1 x down light
- supply and install the remote controlled panel garage door
this is an outline of works which i think are required but if you have any other suggestions or advise in relation to this project, i would be more than happy to discuss with you.
we can provide floor plan drawings on request.
