We would like to build a double carpot in brick possibly attached to the existing house which has a 3 tier frontage with singe garage. we'd also like to demolish the single driveway and make a wider driveway with path off to front door. depending on finances we may redo the front verandah which is currently concrete and tiles to fit in with the overall design. we are hoping to also put concrete down the side of the house about 1 metre width and long enough to put a shed on. we also would like some garden bed filled in with either pavers or concrete, whatever is cheaper, basically depends on overall cost. we may have to lose something.
