To supply materials and build an 'outhouse', or shed in the backyard, but built from brick or weatherboard, depending on cost. Aluminium is an option if the sturcture is livable. Structure MUST be livable, i.e. weatherproof etc.
Concrete should be laid as flooring.
The size of the structure should be about 15-20square meters, of about 2-3m height.
