Works to start in October/November.
The following is complete and will be provided for pricing:
- Working architectural drawings;
- Energy Report;
- Structural drawings;
- Tender schedules;
- Scope of works document;
- Soil test reports;
- Landscaping drawing;
Can you please provide 2 separate quotations:
- Price to lockup the building with the remaining trades organised by myself (plastering, painting, kitchen, waterproofing, floors, fitoff).
- Price for the whole works.
The contract will be based on the HIA major building contract for new dwellings.
Registered Buildiers Only (Registered Building Professional - Unlimited). Need 2 references to be provided.
