It is a house on a slopy block.going up from the street,it,s big with 5 bath rooms and four bed rooms plus study.two family areas.one main kitchan and a small kitchen on the groung floor.and two launderts.one on both levels.three garages.one rumpess,and one formel loung,two balconys,quit a bit of retaining walls.it has suspended slab for the uper level.
we want all steel frame.i can email the plan for the builder when i have the email adress.
our budget is700.000.we do not want to go up than this.
