We are building an Ezy Home kit home, the style is a Moreton. Our land settles on the 30th of May. We want to start then. I was going to owner build, but have started a new job that makes that impossible. Please go to www.ezyhomes.com.au and look at the Moreton, I need someone who has experience with a similar kit home. Ezyhome says they can get the house to lock up in 9 weeks for $123000. The block of land is very narrow (10 m) and only 50 m long. The land is on a gentle slope so it will be a pole home on steel posts.
